CIY MOVE 2023 - for High Schoolers

CIY MOVE | JULY 17th-22nd | 9th GRADE - JUST GRADUATED | REGISTRATION CLOSES APRIL 24th

Lakeside Students is excited to announce that our high school students and leaders will be attending CIY MOVE this summer at the University of Central Missouri from July 17-22. And we would love for your high school students to join us! Mark your calendars and begin planning for this amazing event.

Located on college campuses across the nation, MOVE provides a program for 30,000 high school students every summer. Students are challenged through intense, interactive worship, dynamic preaching, small group study, and community building. Our students at MOVE not only learn and worship together – they will spend quality time together as a youth group, discovering ways that God will use them to impact the world.

MOVE’s theme this year is NEVERTHELESS. And it comes from Galatians 2:20 (KJV): I am crucified with Christ: NEVERTHELESS I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

As mentioned above, Lakeside Students will be going to MOVE at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO from July 17-22. The campus has a pool, a bowling alley, a rock climbing wall, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-a! 

Registration is open now! And it closes on April 24th. For each student to attend MOVE, the registration fee is $300. (Only a $130 deposit is due following registering, the remaining balance is due June 19th.) The registration fee covers attendance, food, transportation, housing, and activities during the week.

CIY MOVE is a very unique experience where your student will get to experience Christ in a very challenging and close way. We would love to have your students join us for the event! And we are very excited to spend this time with your students and grow with them in Christ!

• Pay at least the $130 deposit at MyWell (our online giving platform) under "Registration Fee." The remaining balance is due by June 19th.
• Complete the forms sent to you in the confirmation email.
