Practicing Generosity
At Lakeside, we practice generosity because we believe it has an eternal impact on our hearts, our families, our church, our workplaces, our community, and our world.
Our budget is organized into five giving categories: the Core Fund, the Vision Fund, the Mission Fund, the Caring Fund, and the Expansion Fund.

Core Fund
Supports the daily ministry and operations of Lakeside. We encourage everyone to tithe (Genesis 28:20–22, Proverbs 3:9, Malachi 3:10) to the Core Fund, which fuels Administration, Next Generation, Adult Ministry, and Missions.

Vision Fund
Extends the reach of our ministry beyond daily operations. Recently, the Vision Fund made it possible to complete our Kids' Wing remodel debt-free.

Caring Fund
Supports those of the Lakeside community in times of need by helping provide groceries, gas, and other essential resources.

Mission Fund
Supports local and global mission partners beyond the amount already budgeted through the Core Fund.

Expansion Fund
Launched in 2026, this fund prepares Lakeside for future ministry expansion opportunities, including a future sanctuary, campus improvements, expansion projects, or church planting efforts as approved by the Elders.
