As we look at Moses’ life, we’ll talk about our purpose in leading others, the faith required to lead, and the importance of leading others to Christ through our leadership.

The concept of a "soul strong" evokes ideas of resilience, integrity, and inner strength—qualities that allow a person to face life's challenges with grace and purpose. Ephesians 6 provides a powerful foundation for developing the concept of a "strong soul," particularly through the imagery of the "Armor of God" (Ephesians 6:10–18). This passage emphasizes spiritual strength, resilience, and readiness to face challenges. A strong soul armed with these qualities can navigate life’s challenges with grace and faith. This metaphorical armor isn’t just defensive—it empowers growth, peace, and a deeper connection to one's purpose. Belt of Truth: A strong soul is grounded in truth—integrity, honesty, and a clear sense of right and wrong. Breastplate of Righteousness: Righteousness protects the heart, symbolizing moral strength and purity. Shoes of the Gospel of Peace: A strong soul carries peace and is ready to bring hope and comfort to others. Shield of Faith: Faith guards the soul from doubt and fear, offering protection against external challenges. Helmet of Salvation: Salvation represents assurance and hope, giving a strong soul clarity and purpose. Sword of the Spirit: The Word of God serves as guidance and empowerment, helping a strong soul face adversity with wisdom and conviction. Ephesians 6:18 emphasizes prayer and staying spiritually alert. A strong soul thrives on continuous connection with God through prayer, gaining insight, comfort, and strength.
