Lakeside Students Mission Opportunity

Thursday, November 20th from 5-7 PM
Our Student Ministry is serving together at Midwest Mission (located 5 miles away from Lakeside, just outside of Springfield and Chatham) for their Rice and Soy Blessing Bag Pack!
We are meeting at Midwest Mission (1001 Mission Drive, Pawnee, IL 62558).

For Sr. High Students: If your Sr. High student plans to join us, please (1) register them (and yourself if you would like to serve also) on this page and (2) complete and sign Midwest Mission's waiver, which is linked below. You can either email the completed form to seth@lakesidechristian.com or have them bring it in person.

For Jr. High Students: If you and your Jr. High student plan to join us, please register on this page. You can either complete the Midwest Mission's waiver beforehand or when you arrive. (Please Note: A parent or guardian must participate with the Jr. High students.)
