Bible Reading Guides. Pick up a 2020 Bible Reading Guide for free at the Lakeside Bookshelf. We have three guides. The Systematic takes you through four readings from different places in the Bible each day. The Chronological starts in Genesis and works through the books in order. The New Testament guide will take you through the New Testament in about five minutes a day.
Core 52. If you invest 15 minutes each workday over a year’s time you could significantly increase your Bible IQ and Christian worldview. Core 52 is a book covering 52 of the most important passages in the Bible. Working through the book in a year’s time, you will master the core of the Bible and you will have lenses to read the rest of the Bible with clarity and confidence. Jesus the King. Starting in January 2020 we’ll be diving into a new sermon series through the book of Mark. A good book to read alongside the series is Jesus the King: Understanding the Life and Death of the Son of God by Timothy Keller.
