During our October 3 blood drive, we were able to donate 11 units of blood which were then processed so that, within 72 hours, patients could begin receiving transfusions. This means that Lakeside contributed to 44 life-saving procedures that will impact 44 patients and their families forever. One of our donors was a first timer! Thank you for caring for our community in this vital way. Plans are being made for next year’s blood drive in early October.
