Worship and Production
Join the Team!
Do you have a passion for music, a knack for technology, or a desire to help create a powerful worship experience? We would love to have you partner with us! Whether or not God has blessed you with musical or technical gifts, there is a place for you to grow and serve here.
Vocalists and Worship Leaders:
- The Win (Our Goal): To create an authentic, distraction-free environment where people can easily connect with God through music.
- The Commitment: Sundays from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (rehearsal and prep) through the conclusion of our services (9:00 AM – 11:45 AM). 1 Worship Leaders also jump into a quick team huddle at 6:30 AM to kick off the morning.
- What You’ll Do: As the visible leaders on the Lakeside stage, our vocalists use their gifts to guide both our on-campus and online communities into worship.
- What We’re Looking For: A heart for ministry, a positive attitude, and a commitment to being prepared. Musically, you should be comfortable singing on pitch, holding a harmony, and memorizing lyrics.
- Stepping into a Worship Leader role? We look for a strong, confident vocal presence and the ability to connect with the congregation (bonus points if you play guitar or keys!).
Worship Band and Music Directors:
- The Win (Our Goal): To set a high-quality, high-energy musical atmosphere that engages the hearts and minds of everyone in the room.
- The Commitment: Sundays from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (soundcheck and rehearsal) through the end of our services (9:00 AM – 11:45 AM). Music Directors also attend our 6:30 AM production huddle.
- What You’ll Do: Bring the music to life! Whether you play acoustic, electric, bass, keys, or drums, you’ll collaborate on stage to build a cohesive, powerful sound.
- What We’re Looking For: Musical proficiency on your instrument, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for excellent worship.
- For Music Directors: You’ll help guide the band dynamically during rehearsals and live sets, so a functional knowledge of MultiTracks Playback software is a huge plus. (Note: If you love to sing too, band members are always welcome to double as vocalists!)
Production:
- The Win (Our Goal): To seamlessly blend technology and creativity so that nothing stands between our attendees and the message.
- The Commitment: Sundays from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (tech run-throughs) through the live services (9:00 AM – 11:45 AM). Production and Video Directors and Front-of-House (FOH) Audio leads catch the 6:30 AM huddle.
- What You’ll Do: Operate behind the scenes in the production booth to craft the visual and audio experience. You'll get hands-on with tools like LightKey (lighting), ProPresenter (lyrics and graphics), or Vmix (video switching for our online stream).
- What We’re Looking For: No prior experience is necessary—we provide 100% of the training! If you have a basic comfort level with computers, an eye for detail, and love working as a team, you’ll thrive here.
- For FOH Audio roles, a general ear for music is preferred.
